AI Course Creator Features: September 2024 Release
Upload Courses Directly to Your LMS with SCORM Files
Users on annual subscription plans can now export courses as SCORM files directly from the AI Course Builder or Course List page. This makes it easier to share and integrate courses across different platforms and learning management systems.
How to Export Courses as SCORM Files
- In your course builder, the “Download SCORM” button will be visible right next to the Preview button.
- To download your course as a SCORM file, simply click this button. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select with SCORM version you want to download. AI Course Creator supports SCORM 2004, the latest version.
- You can also download courses as SCORM files in the Course List view. Just click on the ellipses button located on the upper right corner of the course thumbnail, then click on the Download SCORM button.
Use the Document Viewer to Integrate Additional Resources Within Your Course
Previously announced as a coming-soon feature, the Document Viewer is now online! You can now embed PowerPoint and PDF files directly within your courses, allowing students to easily view additional resources to enhance comprehension.
How to Use the Document Viewer
- In your course builder, click Document Viewer under the Media button in the toolbar.
- A new content block will appear. Click the Upload File button to proceed. This will only accept PowerPoint and PDF files.
- Once you’ve selected a file, save your changes.
- Click Preview to see how the Document Viewer will appear within your course content.

Instant Access to Stock Photos Within Your Course Builder
Adding images to your course content is an excellent way to keep students engaged, but finding and incorporating these images can be a tedious task. Typically, you’d need to browse various stock image sites and switch between apps to integrate images into your course content.
AI Course Creator simplifies this process with our new image library! Integrated directly into your course builder, our image library offers free, high-quality photos from popular online sources like Pexels and Unsplash.
How to Use Your Free Image Library
- In your course builder, add an image block.
- Click Add Image and select Browse FREE Image Library in the pop-up.
- Choose between Pexels and Unsplash, then type in your search query to find suitable photos. Once you find an image you like, click the Add button to include it in your course content.
- You can then crop or replace the image as needed.

How to Generate AI Images in Your Course Builder
- In your course builder, add an image block as usual.
- Click Add Image and select Generate Image via AI.
- A pop-up will appear and request an image description will appear. Enter your prompt and click Generate Detailed Description.
- Once e-Bot generates a more detailed description, click Generate AI Image.
- You’ll receive an AI image that you can crop, replace, or reposition as necessary.
